Established in 1999 in Joplin, Missouri, Bridgewater Roofing is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year (2024). When I started this company, I wanted to do residential roofing and commercial roofing with the idea that my customers would become family and friends, hopefully for life, and that when we install a new roof or product, you will have a guarantee and a warranty that will give you peace of mind. One of the reasons that Bridgewater Roofing has been so successful is that if we have a problem, we fix it. There are a lot of roofing companies out there that will tell you that they don’t have problems, and that is not the case here and not the case anywhere. Our company cares about you, and we care about our product; we care about our name, we care about our reviews, and we care about what people think when they hear Bridgewater Roofing. Jamie Bridgewater – President/Owner
Jason Silvers – General Manager
Jason has been roofing since high school and has been with the company for eight years. He enjoys fishing and pottery when he has free time. His experience and expertise have contributed to helping make the company what it is today.
Josh Armstrong – General Manager
On your roof, out in the pasture, or in the woods is where you might find Josh. He likes being outdoors, playing music, or playing with horses and cattle. He has been with us for eight years and has been in the construction industry most of his life and stays up to date with the insurance companies ever changing processes to help our customers and team through the claim every step of the way.
Karl Russow – Estimator/Sales
With 18 years in the roofing industry and seven years with our company, Karl specializes in helping customers with their insurance claims and has truly been an important asset to Bridgewater Roofing, sharing his wealth of knowledge with the rest of the team. He goes fishing every chance he gets.
Jimmy Weber – Estimator/Sales
Jimmy is our newest team member, he has been with us for almost a year now. With 20 years of experience in customer service, He takes good care of our customers. His witty jokes around the office always keep us laughing. He likes watching NASCAR and football and working around his house.
Will Miller– Assistant
Will has been wearing many hats with the company for three years. From flying the drone to fixing technical issues, taking materials to the job, and helping around the office. When everyone is busy and needs a helping hand, then we “Call Will,” and he is always there to help. He likes to fish and hang out with his friends when he can.
Anna Mitchell – Administrative Assistant
She is our welcoming voice and smile when you make that first call or visit our office. Anna goes above and beyond when she picks up the phone to make sure that every customer feels right at home and made the right choice to call Bridgewater Roofing. She has been with us for 3 1/2 years and likes to crochet and watch old movies.
